Description
Dr. Shade is director of the AHN Sleep Disorders Center. He helps treats patients for sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, hypersomnia, respiratory failure, and COPD. He is experienced in administering bronchoscopy and is board-certified in sleep medicine. His special interests are sleep deprivation, obstructive sleep apnea, and acute respiratory distress syndrome. Dr. Shade received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he also completed a residency and a fellowship in Pulmonary/Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. He is also certified in pulmonary and critical care medicine. Dr. Shade has been recognized as one of the Best Doctors in Pittsburgh by Pittsburgh Magazine. He speaks English.
