• Florent Letronne, PhD

  Chief Medical Officer

  Dr. Florent Letronne is a respected laboratory professional with extensive experience running and directing clinical and scientific laboratories. His expertise in scientific and medical standards ensures that all surrogacy procedures are safe, ethical, and effective. Dr. Letronne’s dedication to creating inclusive family options for LGBTQ+ individuals is personal: his own journey to becoming a father though surrogacy drives his commitment to the agency. His role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care and medical integrity. Dr. Letronne started his academic career by studying embryo development and how stress affects fetuses. He has numerous publications in scientific journals that reflect his deep knowledge of biomedical science and research. Due to his exceptional skill, he was recommended for and granted a position at Carnegie Mellon University, where he became the Director of a COVID-19 lab, working closely with the Vice President of Research. After successfully completing that role, Dr. Letronne was given the important job of creating and launching the world’s first educational cloud lab. His innovative work has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal, and he has continued to make significant contributions to the scientific community.

  Dr. Israel Alguindigue brings a wealth of experience in operations and communications, particularly within the international arena. A native Spanish speaker who is deeply familiar with the cultural and legal landscape of Colombia, Israel manages the operations and oversees communication with Spanish-speaking clients and partners. Israel's operational expertise is critical to the agency's success, and his passion for supporting LGBTQ+ families has grown from his own experience as a parent. He and his husband, fellow Colombia Surrogacy Partners founder Rocky Beaty, have been through their own journey of becoming parents to their wonderful son. He is now a successful adult of 28 who works in the tech startup sector. Israel serves on the board of a large global company and has extensive experience in leadership and market strategy. As a gay couple who raised their child from birth, Israel and Rocky offer valuable insights for other gay couples on parenting and family dynamics. Israel's leadership experience, along with his personal journey of parenting in a same-sex household, provides a solid foundation for making thoughtful decisions in their work with surrogacy clients.

  Rocky Beaty, LMFT, is an experienced psychotherapist with many years of success working with families. Rocky is committed to ensuring a nurturing and supportive experience for intended parents. With a background in individual, family, and child counseling and broad expertise in client relations, Rocky guides future parents through the surrogacy journey, helping them navigate the emotional and logistical complexities of the process. Rocky and his husband, fellow agency founder Israel Alguindigue, have a 28-year-old son whom they raised from birth into a successful, happy adult. Rocky's personal experience as a parent raising a child in a same-sex household is invaluable in understanding the unique challenges and joys that LGBTQ+ intended parents face during the surrogacy journey. Rocky's understanding of family dynamics and emotional support is important for clients during the surrogacy process. He combines professional knowledge with personal experience in addressing difficult questions from children about their family structure. This unique blend of personal and professional insight makes him well-suited to assist couples of all kinds as they face the challenges of parenthood.
