COLOMBINO Coffee is a Colombian coffee shop on Ellsworth Avenue in Shadyside. We buy our coffee directly from the families who grow it in Colombia, including Luis Anibal Calderon, Wilder Lazo and Duberney Cifuentes, then roast it at our Northside roastery here in Pittsburgh. We make Colombian food fresh every morning: arepas with eggs and melted cheese, empanadas, and warm pandebono. Our Farmers Latte is sweetened with panela, the traditional Colombian cane sugar, infused with cinnamon and cloves. Sit outside with wifi, take a bag of single origin beans home, or order ahead.
