• Centralized Appointment Scheduling

  PCS offers a centralized appointment scheduling service to our clients. We place our toll-free 24/7 appointment scheduling number on every provider panel. Through this user-friendly process, PCS ensures: - Injured workers receive timely medical treatment. - Providers receive accurate patient and insurance information. - The injured worker is scheduled with the appropriate medical specialist based on the type of injury sustained.

• Injury Care Coordination

  Reducing the costs associated with your WC injuries while providing injured workers with access to quality care requires a delicate balance. Our Injury Care Coordination service provides the tools to help employers achieve that perfect balance. We will schedule the initial treatment and all follow up physician appointments and medical services for injured workers with the appropriate providers including all specialist examinations, PT, and diagnostic testing.

• Medical Bill Review and Repricing

  PCS researched, developed, and designed its own proprietary system to reprice medical bills related to workers’ comp and auto liability claims.
