Nutsedge problems reoccur and subsequent spraying has not been effective. Otherwise the service is OK. I do have some spots where the grass dies perhaps due to over-spraying fertilizer. I can't be sure about that. Most other weeds disappear and no crabgrass grows. So they are for the most part a successful provider.

I switched over to TruGreen this year due a disappointing 8 years with another lawn service. So far, with only 3 applications, my lawn looks terrific. Really friendly service and Ryan does an outstanding job and is very knowledgeable and polite. He does a though job.

I bought a property that had undergone renovation, which resulted in the lawn being disturbed and the attempt to reseed the area by the previous owner had resulted in many bare patches and weeds with sparse grass. I contacted TruGreen and received a prompt response within hours. The sales rep explained options and helped me work within my budget. He was not at all pushy and was very knowledgable about the products and services. A service technician came out to start the process of getting my lawn in shape within days. He knew his weeds and was helpful and knowledgable about how to proceed in getting a healthy lawn established! He made me feel like a valued customer and that he would work to get the lawn beautiful.I would like to mention how great their communication is also! I have received texts, emails and phone calls, letting me know when my technician would be coming, that he was on his way, thanking me for my business, letting me know when my next application would be scheduled etc... I have had lawn service through another company, in the past, and was satisfied but TruGreen takes it up a notch and I am very impressed at their professionalism and genuine concern that they satisfy the customer and deliver a beautiful lawn, as promised.

Most definitely. When I look at the neighbor to the right and left with yards full of clover, dandy lions and other weeds and mine does not makes me feel very good and to think I did not have to lift a finger is awesome. Thanks TruGreen.

Excellent service. Very happy with the results in such a small amount of time. We are half way through our yearly plan and we can see major changes in our lawn. Color has improved. Weeds are almost gone which for us was a major concern. Lawn is green and looks amazing.

My initial experience 3-4 years ago was not satisfactory, however after a couple calls last month I decided to give it another try. This first application was good and our technician addressed all my concerns. Looking forward to the rest of the applications.

Very transparent in all they do, with calls before, alerting you to when the representatives will be in the area. They come to your door and if you're not, they leave a message on the door. The lawn also has signs letting you know of spraying or other techniques used to make your lawn look its best! Im pleased.

Customer service call was 5 stars since the gal answered my question. However if the call telling me tru green is coming tmw WOULD HAVE SAID FOR THE Dandilions I would not have needed to call back! I was concerned it was for my 2nd application and did not want that yet since the guy was just here about 12 days ago.
