Arrived 40 minutes early and let us know he was on the way before. He found the problem with our garage door; the sensor was knocked sideways, probably my kids job..., he fix it in less than a minute and didn't want to take any payment for the cal. We offered to pay him for the trip but he refuse to charge us for a "such a simple fix". I would call him for any garage repair needs. I would rate him 1000 stars if I could . Excellent service

PERFECT
I was very pleased with Steel City Garage Door's service. Within 5 hours of the initial phone call, they were at my house and replaced my entire garage door. My car just slipped on the snow into the door and my house was exposed to the sever cold we had here. Mendi and his apprentice (forgot his name) took very good care of me and everything was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new garage door and the installation process was just as great. Thanks again for the great and extremely prompt service. 6 star operation
Our garage door broke the other day when my husband (or me...) accidentally closed it on a chair. The cable broke and the door was out of the trucks. My husband tried to fix it, but soon he realized he didn't have the knowledge or tools necessary. I called Steel city garage doors as they were the first company listed on Google and open on Sundays. They asked what day we wanted someone to come out and I asked if it was possible for someone to come out same day. Chris came within an hour of my call. He was professional and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently. It only took him about an our or two to fix our garage door and it's as good as new! Great guys -Highly recommended!

one of the best contractor experience I had
The office on the phone was responsive and scheduled someone for the next morning to give us an estimate for new springs system replacement. I searched for the cheapest company, and when I called them, they said clearly: We are not the cheapest one. Since they had good reviews, I decided to go with them and pay the service fee. Sam (the Tech.) really knows customer service, followed up on every question and issue I had with the new springs system installed. I am really happy I found this company, and I am planning to use their services in future garage door repair. No doubt, I had a great experience with steel city garage doors! Truly a 5 star operation.
