Intense ruby red color with purple
hues. On the nose expansive with
notes of ripe red fruit, plum, fruits of
the forest and mulberries, all elegantly
enriched with a soft spiciness. On the
palate, powerful, extremely
enveloping, balanced and soft. It has
an excellent embellished finish and,
as is a feature of this grape, a pleasant
freshness and rich tannins that are
lively but silky, guaranteeing a long
lasting wine.
GRAPES: PIGNOLO
Tazzelenghe
A hearty and robust wine, Tazzelenghe softens with the normal maturation processes associated with barrel ageing (oxidation and tannin condensation). The reddy violet colour, intense and vinous when young, changes to a red with brick hues after aging. The bouquet is expansive and pleasant with slightly woody undertones.
Maniago Vignaricco
After a long period of aging, this wine takes on a brick red color with “ruby red” hues. A fine characteristic aroma of an aged wine with a balanced woody scent. The wine is especially striking for the warm and concentrated red fruit, sour cherry, and hay fragrances it releases. The dry flavor suggests sweet liquorice and jam with a “goudron” and forest like aftertaste that is both pleasant and persistent. A concentrated and powerful yet balanced wine with mature and well blended fragrances.
Amarone della Valpolicella
Our Amarone has intense ruby red color, with ethereal scents of ripe fruit and marasca cherry. It has subtle hints of lightly toasted wood and cocoa. On the palate it is full-bodied, harmonious, with a long and mellow finish culminating in a lingering spicy sensation which evolves glass after glass.
REFOSCO dal Peduncolo Rosso
Intense ruby red color with violet
hues. The aroma is rich with fruity
hints of wild berries, raspberries and
plums. The result is a very attractive
bouquet with sensations suggesting
liquorice and sweet spices with a
smokiness. A balanced and
harmonious wine, the flavor treats the
palate to fruits with flavors of berry
jam and characteristic smoky notes.
Soft tannins support the persistent
aftertaste. It has remarkable freshness
and strong tannins that ensure the
wine’s longevity.
GRAPE: REFOSCO dal Penduncolo
Rosso
Nobili Paona Chianti
A classic Chianti with an opening of cherry and red fruit which is woven together by subtle mineral shadings and a delicate herbal touch. In the mid palate there are some dry tobacco tones. The wine is defined by its elegant lightness, a lip-smacking acidity and fine tannins.
Cabernet
Intense ruby red color with pleasant violet reflections. Complex and elegant bouquet of black cherry, blueberries, black currant and plum. A wine that is immediately appreciated for its good structure and freshness, it is warm and velvety in the mouth with a texture of lively but sweet and balanced tannins.
Maniago Merlot
Intense ruby red color, fine and intense bouquet reminiscent of ripe red berry fruit with delicate hints of cherry, plum and blackberry. Fruity prevalence that we also find on the palate. Strong tanins, but well blended by the passage in wood, which give this wine character and personality but without harming the overall softness and balance. Harmonious finish with a pleasant and persistent aftertaste.
Maniago Pinot Nero
Intense ruby red color, to the nose stand spicy aromas (cinnamon and black pepper), coffee, small berry jam. On the palate it offers persistent spicy and redcurrant sensations. Full bodied, full and balanced wine.
Maniago Ronco Broilo
After a long aging period the wine takes on a straw yellow color, rich in golden undertones. The delicate bouquet suggests hazelnuts, dates, and candied fruits with a slight vanilla scent. A wine with a full bodied flavor and a reduced acidity level that contributes to the softness of the wine. An excellent balance and fine, long lasting aftertaste.
MALVASIA
In the large Malvasia wine family, the
position held by the Istrian variety is
surely the most prestigious, due to its
high quality production. This wine is
straw yellow color with greenish
undertones and its expansive bouquet
is reminiscent of jasmine and ripe
fruit. Slightly aromatic, refined and
dry.
GRAPES: MALVASIA Istriana
FRIULANO
A Mellow yet bright yellow color
with pleasant greenish reflections. An
inviting bouquet with the
characteristic aromas of acacia flower,
thyme, chamomile and fragrant fruits.
Soft and flavorsome on the palate,
with incredible freshness and mineral
qualities, leaving behind a slightly
bitter hint of almonds.
GRAPE: FRIULANO
Pinot Grigio Ramato
Pale pink color with luminous coppery reflection. This shade is given by the contact with the skin during the vinification phase. The aroma is delicate, intense, and distinctive with intense floral (white acacia flowers) and fruity (apple, pear, and red fruit) aromas. The taste is dry, sapid, and harmonious with a balanced structure with intense and persistent fruity notes.
Maniago Chardonnay
Bright straw yellow color with slightly greenish undertones. A pleasant aroma that contributes to the elegance of the variety, suggesting white fleshed fruit, exotic fruits, apple, white flowers and bread crusts. The flavor is full bodied and warm with a reduced acidity level that contributes to the softness of the wine. The balance and velvety final taste are excellent. A wine that, with every sip, gives off pleasant and lasting sensation with a nicely mineral and lasting aftertaste.
Maniago Sauvignon
Straw yellow color. The intense and elegant bouquet offers a wide range of sensations ranging from white pulp fruit and citrus fruits to the characteristic notes of pepper and tomato leaf. Delicate elderberry and vanilla notes that appear with aging. Taste finely aromatic, sapid and caressing, the soft taste allows to foresee remarkable evolutionary potentialities. The long finish is proposed with warm and rightly aromatic notes.
Maniago Pinot Grigio
Straw yellow color, characteristic elegant and intense bouquet with strong hints of acacia flowers, walnut husk, yellow peach and golden apple. Harmonic and fine with obvious notes of yeast due to permanence “sur lies”. Exuberant on the palate where it becomes full and velvety with very prolonged fruity sensations supported by a pleasant freshness.
Ribula Brut
Sparkling, straw yellow colour with elegant greenish hues. The aroma suggests fields of flowers. The taste is dry and slightly bitter. The aftertaste is pleasantly fruity and floral with an elegant finish of bread crusts.
PICOLIT (dessert wine)
On the palate it is sweet and elegant, refined and harmonious with fruit flavors (apricots, figs) and honey. The breadth of the taste and olfactory sensations is striking, ranging from the window to citrus fruits, almond paste and the persuasive persistence.
